Shipping policy

Free Standard Shipping:

All orders are shipped FREE within US on orders over $50.
For all orders, we use trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
The estimated shipping time is 24 business hours from the date of order.
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with the tracking information.
Products typically get delivered within 5-8 business days.
Customers are responsible for valid, clear, complete address. In cases delivery is delayed, Smack Smash will provide any and all support for the customer. However, the delay due to address discrepancy will not be our responsibility.

International Shipping:

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout for international orders.

Order Cancellation:

In cases you need to cancel your order, please contact us at customersupport@smacksmash.com
Orders can be cancelled until an order has been processed and product is not shipped.

Damage or Loss:

If your shipment is damaged or lost, please contact us and we will initiate a claim and do our best to replace the item.
